Why? The experience you will have is effective, relieving, and stress free. I use my natural ability to heal. I also use tools MPS Therapy, Iastm (scraping), cupping, warm bamboo sticks, and hot stones to release myofascial adhesions and tension according to your preference. 

*Swedish massage: assisting blood circulation towards the heart, induce relaxation, non-specific.

*Deep Tissue Massage: It's not "deep pressure". Deep tissue is a modality using techniques at the comfort level of each client. Massage should not be painful. Deep tissue helps alleviate pain, correct body posture and/or holding patterns.

*Vacuum Cupping: (ACE Massage Cupping Certified) integrated with swedish massage focus on the lymphatic flow of the anatomy.

*Advanced Craniosacral Therapy: noninvasive effective myofascial release using 5 grams of pressure or more depending on the comfort of each client.

*Sports Massage: integrated deep tissue and/or swedish massage.

*Russian Sports Massage: On a scale 0-10; 7.5 is the most effective. Russian Massage is at the client's 7.5 comfort level.

 

Hot Stone: Using basalt stones at a comfort level of heat to induce deep relaxation as well as integrating a variety of modalities, such as, deep tissue, swedish, tigger point therapy, russian massage, etc.

Trigger Point Therapy: It is NOT a modality. Assess and treat trigger points with pressure and technique at the comfort level of each client. Increase range of motion and alleviate pain. Highly specific according to the need of each client.
